Last Updated: August 16, 2026

Motenza Capital (“Motenza Capital,” “Motenza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name operated by IMG Business Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company established in 2020.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers as necessary to support communications, customer service, and related operational services.

5. Technology-Assisted Analysis and Risk Management

Motenza Capital may use software, analytics systems, verification tools, fraud-prevention technologies, workflow automation, and other technology-assisted processes to organize information, identify inconsistencies, support risk evaluation, verify information, prioritize review, and assist authorized personnel in processing commercial funding requests.

Such technologies may generate indicators, classifications, alerts, summaries, or other analytical outputs.

Technology-assisted outputs are not representations or guarantees of approval, eligibility, identity, creditworthiness, fraud status, or funding availability.

Final eligibility, underwriting, approval, terms, or funding decisions may depend on Motenza Capital, an applicable capital source, or both, depending on the transaction.

We do not publicly disclose confidential underwriting logic, complete system architecture, security-sensitive configurations, or proprietary risk models.

6. Capital Providers and Funding Partners

Motenza Capital operates through a multi-source commercial capital model.

Depending on the transaction and applicable authorization, relevant application information may be evaluated internally or disclosed to selected:

  • private or affiliated capital resources;
  • strategic capital relationships;
  • independent lenders;
  • funding companies;
  • financial institutions;
  • specialty financing providers;
  • factoring providers;
  • equipment-finance providers;
  • commercial finance providers;
  • processors;
  • brokers;
  • underwriting resources; or
  • other appropriate commercial capital sources.

We may select one or more potential capital channels based on information available to us, transaction characteristics, eligibility, documentation, availability, business judgment, and other relevant factors.

Submission of information to Motenza Capital does not require Motenza Capital to submit an application to every available provider.

Submission does not guarantee approval, an offer, specific terms, or funding.

Independent capital providers may maintain their own:

  • underwriting criteria;
  • pricing;
  • eligibility standards;
  • documentation requirements;
  • privacy practices;
  • security procedures;
  • regulatory obligations; and
  • data-retention practices.

Once information is lawfully disclosed to an independent capital provider, that provider’s handling of the information may also be governed by its own privacy policy, agreements, and legal obligations.

7. Service Providers and Operational Partners

Motenza Capital may use third-party service providers to support legitimate business operations.

These providers may perform services involving:

  • customer relationship management;
  • website and infrastructure services;
  • secure document collection;
  • identity verification;
  • business verification;
  • fraud prevention;
  • risk analytics;
  • financial-data processing;
  • communications;
  • telephone and SMS services;
  • electronic signatures;
  • workflow automation;
  • application processing;
  • cybersecurity;
  • data storage;
  • analytics;
  • professional services; and
  • other operational functions.

Service-provider access is intended to be limited to information reasonably necessary to perform authorized services.

Motenza Capital applies a risk-based approach to third-party relationships based on factors such as service criticality, information sensitivity, access, operational dependency, and reasonably foreseeable risk.

For security and confidentiality reasons, Motenza Capital does not publicly disclose its complete vendor, subprocessor, integration, system, or internal technology architecture.

Additional due-diligence information may be made available to qualified banks, lenders, funding partners, investors, auditors, or other authorized reviewers where appropriate.

  • application confirmations;
  • document requests;
  • identity or verification updates;
  • application-status communications;
  • appointment reminders;
  • customer-support communications; and
  • other messages related to a commercial funding request or requested service.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of applicable SMS communications and HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of obtaining financing, purchasing a product, or receiving a service.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS-related information may be processed by communications and technology providers solely as reasonably necessary to transmit messages, maintain messaging services, process opt-outs, maintain compliance records, prevent abuse, or provide related operational services on behalf of Motenza Capital.

Providing information in connection with a business funding application does not transfer your SMS marketing consent to an independent lender, funding company, broker, capital provider, or other third party.

Please review our separate SMS Communications Policy for additional information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication.

A request to stop marketing does not necessarily prevent communications reasonably necessary to process an active request, respond to you, administer a transaction, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

10. Disclosure for Legal, Security, and Business Purposes

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary and permitted by law to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, legal process, or authorized governmental request;
  • investigate suspected fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • protect applicants, customers, Motenza Capital, capital providers, service providers, or others;
  • exercise, establish, or defend legal rights;
  • enforce applicable agreements;

If IMG Business Consulting LLC, Motenza Capital, or relevant business assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale, transfer, reorganization, due-diligence process, or similar business transaction, information may be reviewed or transferred as permitted by applicable law and subject to appropriate confidentiality or other protections where appropriate.

12. No Sale of Applicant Financial Information for Unrelated Marketing

Motenza Capital does not sell applicant bank statements, identification documents, funding applications, or similar sensitive financial application information to unrelated parties merely for their independent consumer-marketing purposes.

Your browser or device may allow you to block or limit cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

Please review our Cookie Policy for additional information.

14. Information Security

Depending on the relevant system and risk, safeguards may include:

  • access controls;
  • role-based or need-based access restrictions;
  • strong authentication practices;
  • multi-factor authentication for supported critical systems where appropriate;
  • controlled business systems;
  • secure document or verification workflows;
  • personnel access management;
  • service-provider oversight;
  • fraud-prevention and security monitoring;
  • incident-response processes; and
  • business-continuity considerations.

Sensitive applicant and business information is intended to be handled through controlled business systems and approved workflows rather than unsecured public channels whenever practicable.

No website, electronic communication, database, cloud service, security measure, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, Motenza Capital does not warrant or guarantee absolute security.

15. Security and Privacy Incidents

Potential security or privacy incidents may be assessed based on the information involved, affected systems, potential impact, contractual obligations, and applicable legal requirements.

  • preserve relevant evidence;
  • coordinate with applicable service providers;
  • remediate identified issues;
  • restore affected operations; and
  • evaluate legally or contractually required notifications.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy constitutes a promise that a particular event will qualify as a legally reportable incident or that notification will be required where applicable law does not require it.

16. Access Control

Access to sensitive business, financial, and applicant information is intended to be limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers with a legitimate operational need.
