Communications may include calls or text messages made by Motenza Capital, its service providers, or selected capital sources and funding providers where permitted by applicable law and where appropriate consent has been obtained.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining financing or using Motenza Capital’s services.

3. Capital Source & Funding Provider Communications

When you request assistance with commercial financing, you understand that Motenza Capital may evaluate relevant information internally and may share it, as appropriate and authorized, with selected private or affiliated capital resources, strategic capital relationships, third-party lenders, funding companies, financing providers, brokers, processors, or service providers.

Where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements, such parties may contact you regarding potential commercial financing opportunities related to your request.

You may receive emails concerning your inquiry, application status, requested documents, financing opportunities, service updates, or other business-related matters.

Where applicable, commercial marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe from future marketing communications.

All financing opportunities remain subject to underwriting, eligibility requirements, documentation, capital availability, and the requirements of the applicable capital provider.
