How to Submit a Complaint

Complaints or concerns may be submitted to:

When submitting a complaint, please provide enough information for us to identify and review the matter. This may include:

• Preferred contact information
• A description of your concern
• Relevant dates or communications
• Application or transaction information, if applicable
• Supporting documents, where appropriate

Please do not send passwords, PIN numbers, online banking login credentials, or other authentication credentials by email.

Our Review Process

After receiving a complaint, Motenza Capital will seek to review the information provided and determine the appropriate next steps.

Depending on the nature of the matter, our review may include examining relevant communications, application records, documentation, internal information, or communications with an applicable capital source, funding provider, or service provider.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to understand or investigate the issue.

Capital Source & Funding Provider Matters

Motenza Capital evaluates opportunities across multiple capital channels, which may include private or affiliated capital resources, strategic capital relationships, and independent third-party lenders or funding providers.

If your concern relates specifically to underwriting, approval, financing terms, payments, servicing, collections, or another matter controlled by the provider of capital, Motenza Capital may direct you to the appropriate provider or, where appropriate, assist in communicating the concern to that provider.

The entity identified in the final financing agreement is responsible for the applicable underwriting, disclosures, documentation, servicing, transaction terms, and obligations associated with that financing transaction.

Marketing & Communications Concerns

If your concern involves a telephone call, text message, email, advertisement, or other marketing communication associated with Motenza Capital, please provide any available details regarding the communication.

We take reports regarding potentially unauthorized, misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate use of the Motenza Capital name seriously.

Fraud or Impersonation

If you believe someone is impersonating Motenza Capital, misusing our name or branding, requesting suspicious payments, or attempting to obtain sensitive information improperly, please contact our compliance team promptly.

Motenza Capital will never ask you to provide passwords, PIN numbers, or online banking login credentials through an unsolicited email or text message.

No Retaliation for Good-Faith Complaints

Raising a legitimate concern or submitting a good-faith complaint will not, by itself, negatively affect how Motenza Capital handles your inquiry or request for assistance.

Recordkeeping

Motenza Capital may maintain records of complaints, communications, investigations, and resolutions as reasonably necessary for business operations, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, partner requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
